A patent-pending rubber-isolated lower air spring mount allows the axle to separate from the air spring at full suspension extension, maintaining maximum suspension travel while protecting the air spring during off-road use and uneven terrain. Heavy-duty air springs are designed to safely operate at zero PSI when unloaded, preserving a smooth factory-like ride. Premium DOT-approved nickel-plated brass air fittings, DOT air brake line, and a single-fill tee fitting provide reliable, leak-free performance and easy pressure adjustment.
Every BDS Performance Towing Load Leveling System is equipped with the largest air spring and highest load-carrying capacity package that can be packaged for each application. Operating from 0-125 PSI, the system delivers exceptional load support while helping level and stabilize heavily loaded trucks. Although the air springs can generate enough lifting force to support loads exceeding the vehicle manufacturer's recommended payload, they do not increase the OEM GVWR, payload, axle ratings, or towing capacity. Always operate within the manufacturer's specified weight limits.
